Grand Brut Sparkling Wine

Light and refreshing. Traditional methode champenoise. Grapes picked by hand. Bottles turned by hand during secondary fermentation in the bottle. Crystalline light yellow color. Clean aromas with hints of earth and green apple. Long and well-balanced finish with green apple and pear notes. Very fine bead effervescence. Made from Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (40%), and Semillon (10%). 24 months on the lees. Residual sugar 5g/liter. Great with rich chocolate dessert --- or alone.


Grand Demi-sec Sparkling Wine

Traditional methode champenoise. Grapes picked by hand. Bottles turned by hand during secondary fermentation in the bottle. True French character at a Chilean price. Dry but not extremely so. Fine bead effervescence. Made from Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (40%), and Semillon (10%). Sophisticated depth and complexity of flavor; slight nuttiness with hints of white chocolate, pineapple. Complex aromas --- pear, pineapple, coconut. Great with fresh berries, barbecue, Asian food, chicken --- or alone.


Moscato Sparkling Wine

Yellow color with golden hues and bright effects. In the nose, it displays a distinctive "Muscat character" with floral, honey, spices, pears and late harvest grape notes. Potent in the mouth with a fruity character and sweetness. Round and with a long lasting finish. This sparkling wine is meant to show the Muscat character at its best.
